Great location, close to subway and market, only two stops to Myeongdong. The facilities are clean and comfortable. Check-out and check-in are smooth. The Japanese language skills of the front desk staff have become easier to understand than six months ago.

The waiting time for the elevator is long. There were moments when I couldn't understand the meaning because I couldn't catch the Japanese of the front desk staff. It would be easier for us if they could speak a little slower or provide guidance in English. Also, although only a few, there was a front desk staff member with a very strong smell of tobacco.

Nothing with the hotel. Maybe not the most ideal location, but it suited me as I wanted to have a central base to explore the northern areas of Seoul.

Convenient because the airport bus stops outside the hotel, near to the subway station. Rooms are clean and spacious. Thank you for allowing me to check in early as my room was ready.

Property was in a good location. Very close to the subway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to leave my luggage for a few days when I traveled to Jeju.
