The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Taksim, which was a great advantage in terms of transportation. I also really liked the entrance and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. From the moment we walked in, we truly felt at home. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. I would especially like to thank Seyithan and salih. They answered all our questions sincerely and patiently, and they did everything they could to make sure we had a pleasant stay. It was clear that guest satisfaction is genuinely important to them. Throughout our stay, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I was very satisfied with the hotel in terms of its location, service quality, and the attentiveness of the staff. When I come back to Istanbul, this is definitely a hotel I would choose again without hesitation. I highly recommend it!
