The neighborhood where the hotel is located is the only positive point, lively area with several cafes and restaurants, not too far from the Galata Tower. That being said, at night it was very noisy because of nearby bars partying until 5 am. Our room faced this street. The only positive point of this hotel is the rooftop: nice pool and towels provided. Several chairs available. However, the pool is shallow everywhere, no steps. You can't really relax in the pool. The hotel should buy noodles to float or something else. Be aware for children. Nothing to say about the staff, they were accommodating and responded to our requests quickly.

It looks like this hotel has been frozen in time, in the 90s. It would really need renovations and to be up to date. Smell of humidity because of the carpets. Our first room was extremely small: we couldn't even open our suitcases. Fortunately, the staff accommodated us for a slightly larger one. It was appreciated. The breakfast is more than ordinary. We stayed for 5 nights and went to the buffet the first morning, it was chaotic around 9 am. The second morning we went back: no toaster. It never had one the other mornings. The food was not very good to be honest. The individual coffee machine, around 9 am it took 15 minutes to make your coffee because it was so crowded, and the coffee wasn't even good. We went to have breakfast at the restaurant the other mornings. I would tell you not to rely on the photos, the hotel seems much nicer in pictures than in reality.

Very complete breakfast, although you had to go down early to avoid the rush hour. The lounge is small for breakfast with so many people. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was also very nice.

Not recommended location if you want to visit the mosques and be close to the center. Every time you returned to the hotel, you had to climb huge hills on foot. I didn't like the location. The cleanliness left much to be desired.

AC wasn't very good, we had to request to change the room. As the room was connected, one AC wasn't enough and the room was very hot.
