Both breakfast and dinner at Zuien-tei were extremely delicious. The location with a roof to the station is excellent. I especially felt that way because it was raining. The cleaning was thorough and comfortable. The staff at breakfast time was very attentive and approached us first without us having to call for help. It was nice to have a 24-hour convenience store.

There were some confusing aspects about the facilities and equipment, which was troublesome. The room was small. Although it was supposed to be a twin room, even when the two beds were put together, you had to walk sideways along the bedside. The distance from the entrance to the bathroom was long, and I got lost on the way back. (I saw a door labeled 'Front' on the way back and thought only staff could enter.) I couldn't get a drink from the empty front desk.
I always use it. It's a very good hotel that is very close to Osaka-Jo Hall. There is also a convenience store in the hotel, which is convenient.
