At times there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, I was informed that it was due to the drainage system not related to the hotel.

The room is good. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom has everything you need and is spacious. The breakfast is very good and the staff's attention is excellent.

Room is quite good, the hotel's location is also quite good. The breakfast was not rich, the cutlery, plates, and cups were not clean, always had sticky residue. However, the service staff were quite friendly.

Hygiene is dangerously poor. We were firsthand witnesses to a number of hygiene violations, the worst of which is the mixing of dirty and clean towels in the same housekeeping trolley. I have never seen anything like this in my life, and I have been traveling and staying in all sorts of hotels for the last 40 years. What is even worse than the violation is how the Hotel senior manager dealt with it. Her exact words were 'mistakes happen, maybe the housekeeping lady was in a hurry.' Mistakes!!! in a hurry!!! This is an extremely dangerous violation as hotel guests may get skin and other diseases/infections that are transmitted through dirty towels.
