The location is the best thing about this hotel, it is in a very picturesque, quiet, and safe area of Barcelona, close to many places to eat, although to go to the center or tourist spots you have to walk quite a bit or take some transportation. The room size was good, and the beds were very comfortable! The staff in general were friendly and attentive, especially highlighting the kindness of the staff during breakfast and the SPA girls, especially a very attentive and cordial young Spanish girl from Córdoba (I don't remember her name, but she was from Córdoba). Also, the breakfast was very positive, because it was very good, very abundant, very varied, I loved it!

The truth is that for a hotel of this category I expected much more. 1. I booked the stay many months in advance, specifically requesting a room with 2 separate beds, and when I arrived they assigned me a room with a double bed, I had to complain and they changed my room but by then I had already lost almost 1 hour with all the movement. Although the reservation states that it is subject to availability, due to the advance booking they could have at least informed me in advance if there was availability or not. 2. The room they changed me to, although it was the same and had 2 separate beds, had a strong mildew smell in the bathroom, but since we were staying only 2 nights, I stayed there. We also had to ask for things that were missing because, of course, it was not a room that was fully prepared. 3. They wanted me to leave a 100 euro retention deposit on the credit card when at no time during the reservation did it specify that this would be requested as an internal measure of the hotel. The truth is that for these reasons I consider that the price-quality ratio is not good.
