Everything was amazing to be honest. Hotel is getting dated but not a huge deal and pool was shut

WiFi only works on Chinese websites (although sometimes it doesn't work at all)

I liked everything: the location, the hotel itself, the interior. Beautiful, cozy rooms. Large bathroom. Tasty breakfasts. Very important - excellent value for money. And of course, a gorgeous view of the river. Only positive and pleasant emotions from the trip. There is also a 24-hour Family Mart downstairs.

It seems the pool is under maintenance. It would be good if the pool was operational.

Our 31st floor always smells like cigarette smoke

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of options. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.
