Super well located, very clean, and the staff super friendly. Always attentive and giving recommendations and directions. Whenever we went on tours before breakfast time, they prepared meals for us. They gave us a small attention for our anniversary.

We had an issue with the jacuzzi in the room but the super friendly staff quickly solved it with the best disposition.
A great boutique hotel in the district of San Blas only 5min walking distance to the main square. The best rooms are the (junior) suites with a view from your bed over the city (cathedral, etc) whereas the standard rooms have windows only into the courtyard. The personnel is extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic.

Exceptional staff that is always helpful for anything from your tour information to altitude sickness remedies. Has a great breakfast selection and even a cook for breakfast omelettes. They will also provide to go breakfast for those early morning tours. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly even remember guests by name! I cannot rave more about this place definitely a place to return!
