Она заботилась о нашей семье и организовала великолепный, просторный номер с удобными спальными местами для каждого члена семьи. Ее теплое и профессиональное обслуживание заставило нас по-настоящему почувствовать себя желанными гостями. Номер был роскошным, идеально чистым и оборудованным всем необходимым. Каждая деталь отражала высокое качество отеля, начиная с бытовой техники Dyson и заканчивая красивой косметикой Byredo. Завтрак был отличным, с большим выбором вкусной еды.

There was a small communication misunderstanding at the beginning of the stay. The room I booked on Booking.com clearly included breakfast, but the hotel was temporarily unable to confirm it at check-in. After about half an hour of communication, the breakfast arrangement was finally confirmed. Although the issue was resolved properly in the end, I still hope that the hotel can maintain more timely and accurate information synchronization with Booking.com in the future, and further enhance communication to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to guests. I believe that after optimizing this aspect, the overall stay experience will be even more perfect.
