The room had a worn-out appearance. Especially noticeable were the large stains on the furniture corners. Something unexpected in a hotel of this price range. The spa area had very limited options, which was also unexpected.
Is the lobby toilet locked? And to get in, you need a code or someone to open it. I had to call the reception staff who were not behind the counter at that moment. The lobby is really boring nowadays. It needs some warmth and coziness, and table service would be quite nice since there are very few customers.
