The housekeeping didn’t take our dirty dishes and didn’t replace our wash cloths but took it.

It smelled musty, but the manager, Paul, was able to transfer us to another room right away. However, even the hallway also smelled damp and musty. Also, they did not issue an official invoice or receipt.
