Fantastic location. The hotel room was super nice and clean. The hotel had a very pleasant atmosphere with cute and helpful staff.

Nothing to complain about

My friend and I celebrated her 60th birthday and the staff sang for her and had no problem ordering champagne for breakfast. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect. The breakfast had everything you could need, good coffee, and a great selection of fruits. The room was cool and comfortable, the beds were comfortable. The cleaning was perfect and all other services as well. Got a good map and tips and advice and help with ordering a taxi. We had a balcony with a partial view, however, it was extremely hot during our stay, so we couldn't use it, but good for drying swimwear. The hotel was a few steps from a decent beach with good swimming opportunities and a nice beach promenade and close to both restaurants and cafes. The bus to the Old Town took about 15 minutes, the bus stop was close to the hotel, and the buses ran frequently.

We stayed in the hotel in August 2026. The hotel location was excellent: at the heart of Lapad pedestrian area, just 5 minutes walk away from the beach, and just 7 minutes away from the bus station taking you to main locations. The area was full of restaurants and cafes and overall very cozy. We stayed in the room with a partial sea view. Our room was on the 4th floor, which opened to an amazing view of the scenery and the sea. It had a spacious balcony which we couldn't use because of the heat but it was amazing to relax at nights. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had proper conditioning which was a relief during super hot days.

For such a high price, we were expecting better amenities. For example, the hairdryer was of low quality, no iron and ironing board in the room, and the service was chargeable, no luggage rack, no coffee machine or tea kettle. The shower could have been designed better to avoid water leakage all over the place. The cleaning was ok but not thorough.
