The location
The facilities are old and neglected, without maintenance. The old windows do not soundproof at all. Absurd rules like wanting to charge for receiving visitors after 9 pm. There are so many things... A 4-star hotel should offer much better service.

Very old buildings, everything very antique, the bathroom needs to change the elements, the top shower did not work, the towel rack is damaged, and it is supposed to be a top-level hotel. It is not clear the main accesses
