Room very small, little dated, smelt of urine in the bathroom. No ability to check in early and when I managed to get in early an hour before they charged. No other hotels do this. They have a very small waiting area which is badly laid out. When I asked to check in early as I was feeling sick, no support at all.
The location is very good, including being able to reach from the airport by limousine bus. Very close to Shinjuku station. Varied breakfast, many options and very tasty. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Located right at the train station. Many amenities in the lobby. Small, but very clean rooms. We felt very comfortable for 4 nights.
