A room refresh is needed, bathroom renovations required, replacing the bathtub with a shower, overall need for modernization. Breakfast price not included and too high. Downside, no fridge, essential in such heat.

The location is perfect for staying the night before taking the ferry (5 minutes by car from the port). The staff is very, very pleasant, I insist. The small pool and shaded sunbeds were very pleasant upon our arrival (we didn't notice there was a pool when we booked, so a nice surprise). The quality of the bedding and sheets is absolutely remarkable. The breakfast offers good products (especially bread and jams). It just lacked some fruits. Regarding cleanliness, it was perfect. I absolutely do not regret booking this hotel, which I obviously recommend.

The hotel's parking for guests has limited spaces, and if full, you need to park below on the street (free parking). Also, the cramped bathtub (looking a bit old) and its extremely difficult-to-adjust faucet stand out a bit compared to the overall well-maintained and nicely renovated establishment.

Some parts were a bit tired but this was probably reflected in the price. Location, further out of the center than I expected.
