The location is excellent, two minutes walk from the Barbican and many public transport stops, five minutes from the central station. Several markets are right below the hotel, quiet area. Breakfast is decent for sweets and rich for savory.

There are several aspects to improve, not serious but certainly reviewable for greater comfort: - the room has only two poorly located power outlets. - the bed and pillows are uncomfortable and especially the pillow is non-existent. - the room does not have a minibar or air conditioning (equipped with a fan), we did not need it because the weather was not too hot during our stay. - the shower support is not adjustable and therefore very uncomfortable. - the cleaning service (very mild) started very early in the morning in the first days.

Convenient location. All types of transport are connected to the central train station, which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Historical center, many cafes. Breakfasts are really good. The hotel is clean, cozy. The staff is friendly.
