The central location is unbeatable. An equally unbeatable value for money is offered, for example, when comparing to the hotels at Syntagma Square or the Elektra Hotels. My room 405 offers a balcony with a view to the park, the Parliament, and the Lycavitos Hill. The room is quite large and offers everything one would like, including a stocked minibar. In contrast to two years ago, the mattress was perfectly fine and comfortable. The marble bathroom is somewhat older, which I take as a compliment, considering the many current quick-fix modernizations with plastic shower cabins, wobbly fittings, and annoying overhead showers. The breakfast is exceptionally good: diverse, high-quality, and nicely presented. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and competent. Very nice and practical are the two 24/7 kiosks right outside the door. Not a party environment that ruins your nights. Fantastic view from the rooftop restaurant.

It is somewhat noisy; if you are unlucky with the neighbors, you can hear it disturbingly. The traffic noise is mitigated by the windows but remains present except between 02:00 and 05:00.

Bed was a bit soft/starting to sag in the middle. We had a room with 2 twin beds.

The best review is to say that it was my fourth time at the hotel. Perfect breakfast and location. A few steps from everything. Easy access to the bus to the airport.
