The location is absolutely top - right in the center and yet extremely quiet.

The room was very dusty in places and the dishes at the breakfast buffet were sometimes very dirty.

If you are an early sleeper and sensitive to noise, the central location comes with the downside that it is quite noisy with cafes and bars down the street. We were on the 1st floor so this was perhaps more noticeable than it may have been from higher up the building.
