Deluxe room bathroom had a very strong wastewater, sewages drink. Family room bathtub was broken. Requested rooms close together, didn't get. Requested additional beds for kids in the rooms - via chat, confirmed via telephone - didn't get

The spa was such an added value and was really nice to have access to. We used the saunas each night! The staff were great.

The water in the hot tubs and pools weren't as warm as I would have liked and the spa closed at 10.

A lovely hotel .Great location. The staff are very friendly. I would like to say Thank you to Kulliki she always had a smile every morning when we went down for breakfast and was very knowledgeable and helpful .We wish you and (friend) the very best . Sorry to have missed you on last morning but can say Merily look after us well . Really lovely hotel
