The hotel is a bit run-down, there is a smell in the rooms, the minibar is quite limited (snacks were not restocked), toiletries are only filled for a few showers - the jars are almost empty, not enough for a bath with foam) I have never noticed this in any Ritz. You can only go to the pool with a cap, I don't mind, but it's not very comfortable.
