Breakfast and the staff were both stellar. Bed was alright. Facilities were very clean. I was grateful I could use the laundry services on site. I was surprised at how quiet the rooms and hallways were despite all the excited young people around.

Wish the mirror in the bedroom was a bit lower because I had to stand my on tip toes to see myself in it. The shower situation is rough. No night clothes/pajamas allowed in the hallways, but no shelving or lockers to help us change or wash either so you have to awkwardly carry and/or hang everything from two hooks while somehow not getting any of your stuff wet. I had to pack my own towel so I wouldn’t have to pay 5 entire pounds for one, and the fan in the shower room is incredibly loud. I wish I could have booked a bed in a small room only for women, but that wasn’t an option on the site. My male roommate wasn’t rude or anything, but I would’ve felt safer that way.

the walk to the toilets was a really long way, and I couldn't even see a shower room on my floor. there were no obvious signs.

I felt the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, I felt the person from Denmark who worked in the bar restaurant extremely friendly and quiet helpful and quite chatty which I found quite good

The worst things are a lot. There is no soap/shower gel in shower you should buy from reception. Never heard of this. The rooms were noisy in late night.people were talking in corridor and could be heared easily. Door was very bad it sounds bad when someone close so it opened my eye late night. People were not respecting silence at night. Only location was good and it's not the value of the money I spent on this. And staff on reception was also not polite. Bathroom was bad too.
