The service provided by many of the workers, especially those in the buffet, there is no variety of activities in the pool and beach, very low-quality shows, the transportation service within the facilities is very slow, the cleanliness in the rooms is not very good, the variety in food is very low, only two of the restaurants worked (Pilón and Japanese)

We couldn't swim.. too many algae and there are many mosquitoes, even in the room and also very humid.

They did not pay attention to our requests. We wrote that we were pastors, it was in very bad taste to find beers in the minibar. We wrote that we were going with our daughter and due to not reading we had a very bad time upon arrival, which did not allow me to enjoy the stay, as it was very embarrassing.
I liked everything but much more the treatment of the staff, they are very attentive, happy with my visit, would return again 🌺

The service of all the staff, including the waiters and the head waiters, Zamora, the reception guys and the cleaning ladies, also the security staff and the guys from the bars. the head housekeeper Ruth. miguel the waiter. in short everything excellent !!!!!!!

What I didn't like is that it does not have a nightclub, there is little nightlife. for more fun you need to leave the accommodation and it is convenient to have everything inside.
