The room is huge, comfortable, clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and cozy beds, the bathroom well equipped. Everything clean. The common areas are great with the pool, the BBQ area, no complaints. The surroundings felt safe, we could always park well.

You cannot have breakfast, lunch, or dinner inside the hotel. They do not have a restaurant inside, it's not bad at all, just so you know.

Very poor internet. Inside the house is okay and nothing at the pool.
There is no basic room cleaning service for stays under 5 nights. There is no window for ventilation in the suite. The pool with the deep water was closed. Last shuttle at 20:00.
I loved the resort! My kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river. The 2 bedroom suites are big, everything was just beautiful.
