The bathroom. Small bathtub, not practical for showering, even dangerous for elderly people (my husband is 70 years old).. much more space at the sink than in the bathtub.. A walk-in shower would have been more suitable. Chipped paint. No light in the room except for the bedside lamps. No possibility to charge at the socket level when the bedside lamp is off, so it forces us to sleep with the bedside lamp on.. really disappointing for a Hilton.
