the welcome drink was a nice touch, the valet and luggage service was great, it was wonderful to be able to get our room before check in time

The shower was a bit dated with a stain in one corner of the tub
The housekeeper was too loud and aggressive yelling down the hall as each person exited their room to figure out what was needed, eg towels. This was probably done to figure out which rooms had to be thoroughly cleaned vs minimally cleaned
