I asked for a double bed, paid for it, and it was agreed upon, however, I got two separate beds.

The distance from the place... far from the historic city and the Ferry port. But there is a good UBER service that I recommend using.

Parking can be complicated at times, the hotel is quite far even though there is a shuttle service with the hotel (do not take your personal car, city parking is extremely expensive).
