⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay at Novotel Casablanca City Center I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Casablanca City Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive. I was especially touched by being selected as “Guest of the Day” and receiving a lovely welcome treat. It was a thoughtful gesture that made my stay feel truly special. The hotel has a great location in the heart of Casablanca, and the team was always ready to help and make sure everything was comfortable. I really appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout my stay. A big thank you to the entire team, especially the Guest Experience and management team, for making my visit memorable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The soundproofing exceeded my expectations given the hotel location in the city centre. Even the Mamounia near the Sofitel chain equals it! The reception area/restaurant dining area/bar on the ground floor is beautifully designed and decorated. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and our stay was certainly excellent value for money. The medina (old town) is within a stone’s throw. Plenty of taxis available nearby

The room needs some color or carpets to make it warmer; it is rather cold/business-like. We could not use the wardrobe as it was broken. Called housekeeping/reception to no avail. We did not get any bath mat on two consecutive days prompting me to demand it. Cleaning could be better. Tepid water only available until the day before our departure. The renovations work was not that bad really. The staff are great, they do, however, need to be motivated! You guys have a good team there! Parking was not available at all. Something needs to be done about that - perhaps an agreement with Parking Triangle d’or nearby is a must! You either provide parking or you don’t.

A big thank you to the whole team for its professionalism, attention, and quality of service.
