Hôtel très haut de gamme. Rarement vu une piscine aussi grande et aire de jeux pour enfants. Très beau complexe. Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner pharaonique (8 buffets)

Tout est très cher (boissons et en k). Les buffets petit-déjeuner magnifique mais la partie salée chaude était décevante en goût. Partie sucrée excellente, jus de fruit frais, bonne salaison et fromage. Au niveau du budget, nous avons essayé ce standing parce que c'est le prix Thaïlandais sinon hors budget. Chouette expérience.

Hotel was beautiful, safe, lots of outdoor space and a big pool with lots of space to sit around it. Staff were all super friendly and helped us organise anything we needed, and made a special effort to bring some lovely gifts to our room for our honeymoon. Would definitely come back!

Everything! Beautiful traditional decor, comfort, friendly staff, location, the pool, service, breakfast buffet. It may not be the newest and poshest hotel but that’s exactly what’s great about it. Everything is very well maintained and family friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel and the staff were brilliant. Great pool for kids - very big! Good location and easy to get and about using the hotel as you base.

The hotel is a little dated, but otherwise nice! The playroom is small and simple, but younger kids will still be entertained in there.

Excellent gym and health facilities. Very nice pool, spacious lobby and lounging areas. The room was great too and highly recommend the mountain view. Overall, the staff were very nice and they even upgraded us to a club room on the 10th floor.

A few hiccups with the staff - 1) our room key expired 1 day before our checkout and required us to go the lobby to access it, 2) when asking to unlock the window in the room, I had to call twice before someone said that I needed to go down and sign a form
