Rest of staff surly. Location - isolated from everything. Room - furniture falling apart, no operating smoke detector. Found one in cupboard.

Close proximity to shops and it had a restaurant with outdoor facilities. The continental breakfast had a great selection of food.

Unfortunately outside room wasn’t clean as it still had rubbish from the previous people who stayed. The restaurant floor was sticky like it needed to be mopped. Could hear the peeling noise from the shoes.

I did recommend that the bathroom light wasn't going, that the toilet system continued to run, not into the bowl just the noise of it running in the tank. The only real issue was hearing the plumbing of other units all night. Ear plugs would help because the motel and its staff are great considering the cost.

Very comfy bed with spotless linen. Clean bathroom. Great water pressure in shower with plenty of hot water. Staff were helpful and assisted in sorting out issues.

Cracked tiles in bathroom. Being woken at 2 am - fire alarm went off. Had to evacuate outside. Not staff's fault. Guest smoking inside room

Yellow bus made transport to the airport easy. Had a very nice pizza in the restaurant. The waitress and chef were very friendly

On arrival we found we had no towels, just a bath mat. No jug, mugs or spoons, but we had coffee and tea! No remote for the TV. No hot water. Made 3 trips down to reception about the hot water. Snooty lady at reception said she would turn the water on and wait for 15 mins. We noticed the hot water had come through, and headed out to the restaurant, thinking we would have a shower before bed. Lovely waitress in the bar/restaurant but they had no ice for drinks which I thought was a bit weird for a bar. Enjoyed the pizza and a couple of drinks (without ice) and headed back to our room to find that the hot water had turned off again, so down to reception again to complain. Apparently we had to wait another 15 minutes which we did, and it was warm again. Realised when we were ready to sleep that we had no extra blankets anywhere (just a thin one on bed) and no extra pillows. Just had 1 flat pillow each. In the morning, guess what! No hot water. Got dressed and left, and we will never be back. Looking at other reviews, it seems like they are either turning the hot water off, or they have major plumbing issues. Either way, they shouldn't be operating if can't provide the basics. Gave a 3 rating as the waitress and chef were nice ...otherwise it would have been a 1
