A/C a bit stuffy
Location was perfect for our need to be close to The Princess theatre. Bedding was very comfy and loved the kitchen and the room was very spacious. Loved the egg chair to sit and read in too. Easy walk to Bourke Street Mall or you can take the free tram.

Annoying buzzing/humming sound throughout the apartment. Ok when I was watching TV but annoying when I tried to relax with my book. Glad it switched off after 10:00 pm before bed.

Fantastic location for theatre and a small IGA Supermarket next door. Spacious comfortable apartment with everything you could possibly want. Great views across the city and amazingly quiet. I will be looking for Urban Rest on all my travels in the future.

I didn't like that our stay was so short apart from that the Urban Rest was very comfortable
