It is a small hotel with adequate and well-kept common areas, located in a strategic area, very close to the city center and public transportation (bus, train station). The staff is kind and very helpful: we were able to use the self check-in option in the middle of the night, we got a second key in an emergency situation...

Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed by the room: really too small, with a tiny and uncomfortable double bed, and also very noisy due to the traffic (we were on the ground floor and the heat required keeping the windows open). Breakfast could also be improved (if you arrive late, there is a risk of finding very little!)

The cleaning, which did not happen for 4 nights, is poor, as it states that cleaning should be done every third day. Cobwebs in several places, which we pointed out to reception and they came with a stick to remove those high up. Had to wait 30 minutes one morning for the hot breakfast we ordered. Could smell food from the Indian restaurant right next door. The bed was not particularly comfortable.
