I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel, and I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for their exceptional service and genuine care. During my stay, I unfortunately had an accident and suffered a hot water burn. It was a very stressful and unexpected situation, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me. They recommended a hospital, arranged transportation to take me there, and even helped purchase the necessary medication from a pharmacy for me. They took care of everything with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. I truly felt that I was not alone during a difficult situation. What impressed me the most was not only the level of service, but also how attentive and caring the staff were throughout the entire experience. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional, and I am genuinely grateful for everything they did for me. This kind of service goes far beyond what I would normally expect from a hotel, and it made a very difficult situation much easier for me. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job and paid great attention to detail. Everything was well maintained, and I could really see the effort they put into keeping the room clean and pleasant. Overall, I was extremely impressed with my stay. The breakfast was good overall. One small suggestion would be to have more American-style breakfast options, as I think this would be a nice addition for international guests.
