The calm, the security, the 'green' space (golf field), the Lemongrass restaurant and its staff (the ladies who serve are really very professional, caring, kind especially with children. The restaurant was nearby and the food was very good). The pool was nice, shared but not too crowded at the same time. The beach nearby was also great.

Trucks passing by sometimes early in the morning :( and cars that sometimes go fast despite the speed limit (but I think it's not the establishment's fault but the users/customers).
Exceeded all expectations. We stayed at The Ivy, in a complete apartment. All amenities, located in a beautiful resort with golf courses, private beach, restaurants, bars, entertainment, playground for children. Perfect for family vacations. The whole team was fantastic in welcoming us!

The TV was disconnected and due to 110 volts we could not connect it to 220v ourselves. Coffee maker was broken, taken away but not replaced with a new one. We are heavy coffee drinkers, partly chose the room for this reason and even brought our own coffee pods. So, this was very disappointing. The lock was very difficult upon arrival and eventually broke completely, so we couldn't get in and therefore couldn't get ready in time for an appointment. There are no thick duvets anywhere. We find it strange that it is assumed that everyone sleeps in warmth, can sleep well with just a sheet. This was very disappointing, neither of us is used to that and therefore slept very poorly.

Too many ongoing works and trucks passing early in the morning near the rooms. Daily cleaning service but not very flexible in terms of schedule (they came early in the morning and if we asked them to come back later, they often didn't come back).
