The staff at check-in was somewhat slow and not very accommodating. It was also a bit far from good MTR stations; we always had to walk at least 15 minutes from the hotel to Central to reach one.
Great hotel, great location (Bus Line 12A right outside the door). Pool, gym. Fusion supermarket in the basement around the corner in the same building. Cafe to go on the 8th floor right across. Got an upgrade with a mega view of the city.

The hotel is rather dated and poorly located for tourists. The front-desk service is also mediocre. Booking gave it a high rating and prominently recommended it at the time of booking, yet the actual stay fell far short of expectations.

The room is tiny, and there is an unpleasant odor when opening the cabinet. Sound insulation is very poor, and the front-desk staff are unresponsive. Overall, the experience is thoroughly disappointing.
