I DON'T KNOW IF THERE WOULD BE AN INTERNAL PROBLEM BUT THE SECURITY AND RESTAURANT STAFF WERE ALWAYS IN A BAD MOOD

There was no elevator for all rooms and climbing 3 floors for my elderly parents was somewhat difficult. The floor was a bit slippery when wet. And the rooms with a kitchen are a bit dark

This time when I was at the palapa, the waiters ignored me even though I got up and went to request their service and they didn't come. Another thing was the noise, they are remodeling and the banging etc. woke me up
