A bit dated, hard beds and the toilet blocked but was quickly dealt with
Great location with many restaurants and shopping near by. Large courtyard at the entry makes hotel feel very safe and easy to access via Tuk Tuk or car. Excellent pool with swim up bar.

Breakfast was really good with lots of option. Seating arrangement was very well as room was large and next to pool.

The location was very good. There were many shops within walking distance, and I enjoyed exploring the city. The hotel was properly cleaned. I stayed for 5 nights, but there was one day when the water bottles were not replenished, so I would like them to be more thorough.

Not a problem with the hotel, but since the Japanese yen has become cheaper, I was told at the hotel front desk, "You can get a massage for just $50," and "Dance viewing and dinner is $90!" but it didn't feel cheap at all. Of course, I declined both and booked the dance viewing online. Probably it is the same or equivalent theater restaurant as the one introduced by the hotel, but the price is about half, so I recommend booking online!

Located in the central district just off the main Boulevard of Siem Reap, it presents very well with its lavish interior featuring ornate artworks and furnishings in the foyer area. It feels very spacious and grand. The rooms themselves are of reasonable size with a balcony and quite comfortable. All of the usual amenities are provided. The room and all common areas were spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and were very willing to assist. The hotel has a large pool, gym, sauna and steam room.

There was not much to dislike about this hotel. Perhaps the breakfast buffet could have offered more variety.

The glass shower doors in the bathroom seems to have been added recently - the water was spilling over to the rest of the bathroom.
