Big disappointment, especially considering the price and the hotel's presentation as a 4-star. Honestly, during our stay, we didn't feel at all like we were in a 4★ hotel. In the bathroom, there was only one 2-in-1 hair and body product and one body lotion available. No separate shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush with paste, or other hygiene products. I understand that not all of these things have to be mandatory in the 4★ category, but for this price and the way the hotel presents itself, we expected a significantly higher standard. We have stayed in ordinary guesthouses and accommodations without stars where the bathroom was equipped much better - including separate shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body lotion, and a disposable toothbrush with paste. Parking was also a big disappointment. We, as guests, paid an additional 400 CZK for parking. At the reception, we paid a total of 500 CZK, with the remaining 100 CZK being a fee to the city. Furthermore, we later found out that the paid parking was only valid for one entry. When we wanted to leave for the city in the evening, we had to pay for the hours the car was parked when exiting. If we wanted to return with the car, the originally paid 400 CZK did not secure us the possibility to leave and return freely during our stay. Such a system at the hotel's parking lot designated for guests seems very impractical to us and, considering the price of the stay, disappointing. Overall, the hotel seemed very average to us, and we consider the price-to-quality ratio to be very poor. Four stars create certain expectations, and in this case, we felt that reality did not correspond to them at all. We left the accommodation disappointed and for the given price, we would definitely not choose it again.

We were disappointed that the wellness area was mostly just massages and not bathing, or sauna
