The night receptionist was rude and made a mistake, the bathroom, specifically the toilet, is not clean as it should be in a hotel, it already has limescale stains which means it is not cleaned thoroughly, the sheets and towels are not white so even though they are clean, they look dingy and even though I know the breakfast taste is usually simple, now the problem was that we saw a cockroach in the food area on the floor
