Special thanks to Elena who helped me with a last minute booking for the Forbidden City and made my stay just more pleasant in general. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast from 6 am untill 10:30 am was also quite generous.

I lived in the hotel for a month, the breakfasts were tasty and varied enough. I express special thanks to the manager Elena, who helped to solve all issues. It's great that there is such a wonderful employee in the hotel who speaks English, Russian, and Chinese.

The gym is not very good. Few machines.
Had a really wonderful stay. Everyone was exceedingly warm and accommodating, including front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. Rooms were clean and quiet. Nice gym and pool. Large variety at breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
