- Cleanliness6.5
Multiple reviews mention poor hygiene practices (staff handling food without gloves) and pool maintenance issues (tiles falling), indicating notable cleanliness concerns.
- Service9.2
Mixed but generally strong: standout positive interactions (e.g., Guest Service agent Rafael locating lost documents, adult-area concierge help) contrasted with inconsistent breakfast service and complaints about service tied to tipping.
- Location9.2
Explicitly called out as 'Good location' and has beach access and on-site activities, making location a clear strength.
- Room Quality9.0
Standard quality for this hotel tier (no specific comments about room condition in the reviews).
- Amenities9.7
Highly rated in reviews: fully all-inclusive, many on-site options (24-hour sports bar, disco, casino, beach activities, adult-only concierge), supporting an excellent amenities score.
- Value for Money9.7
Several reviewers note 'Great value' and praise the all-inclusive nature, suggesting strong perceived value.
- Food and Beverage6.8
Repeated comments that food is only 'ok', poor breakfast service, and hygiene concerns when handling food lead to a below-average score for F&B.
- Overall Experience9.5
Overall sentiment leans positive with repeat guests and many praising the resort experience, though tempered by service inconsistency and cleanliness/F&B issues.
