A bit pricey but I was visiting on a holiday weekend. The reading lights next to bed have switches behind headboard that make in nearly impossible to turn on, leaving the only other option of turning on all the overhead lights. Would have loved to have access to the reading lights. Also, I booked through Booking App with my family member’s credit card as it was a gift, but had to give my own card to cover the expense on site and they couldn’t use the one I used on the app. Disappointing but that is their policy.

The absolute best part is the location—you are basically in the heart of Chicago, which made exploring the city so easy. The staff were awesome and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable after a long day of walking. We will definitely come back!

There wasn't a wardrobe in the room to put your clothes, just a few hangers. There wasn't a fridge either.

Location was great. Staff helped us with directions, nice coffee and fruit in lobby for a petit breakfast, other options were available. Bed was extremely comfortable.

No cups in room, but there was an ice bucket, cups would have been nice. Rooms were a little tight for room, but doable.
