They really had to change rooms because the air conditioning was not working, and I chose the hotel for its bathtub inside the rooms, which I couldn't use because it wasn't working. I was quite disappointed, indeed.

The air conditioning doesn't work well. The phones don't work at all. The toilets have some issues. You have to wait a lot at the reception to get your room. And most importantly, if you like fun, don't go to this hotel. It's practically a spiritual retreat, there are no shows, music, or noise. Thank you. Note: It's not for young people. Thank you.
