Very impersonal hotel. Also having a restaurant open to the public meant constant coming and going of people and the staff didn't even greet you at the entrance. Considering the price, the services did not seem satisfactory to me. In the room, not even a kettle or any courtesy products, just dispensers. Moreover, they charged me twice for the stay, blocking my credit card for several days even though I had informed the receptionist that I had already paid (she erroneously claimed it was a pre-authorization). When I contacted them, they initially responded very arrogantly, claiming it was my fault for trying to pay contactless. Fortunately, they eventually refunded the amount, but I also had to waste time. They at least refunded one night of parking. Also, at our check-out, the car left with the valet was not ready (they had prepared another vehicle!) even though we had notified them in advance and we had to wait. And considering that valet parking costs 75 CAD per day, I find this unacceptable.

No access to the restaurant with the dog, even if pets are allowed in the hotel (Bar was closed). While booking, no fees for pets were mentioned, but then a rather high price was mentioned while checking in. There is definitely room for improvement in handling pet companions (that are well trained and behaving).

It would be desirable for the cleaning to be done every day without being requested by the customer. The manager made a commercial gesture, and I thank him.
