Very disappointing experience at Hotel Zero 1. The room had an overwhelming smell of bleach, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, our car’s rims were scratched while using the hotel’s valet service. What made things worse was the lack of accountability and the way management handled our complaints. We expected basic customer service and professionalism, but unfortunately received neither. Definitely not an experience worth repeating. Would not recommend.

The staff was really nice, you’re a 5 minute walk from either the orange line or the green one and 15 minutes walk from the old port
