One room was accidentally not cleaned. We checked in at 10:00 pm and were initially assigned a single room, and after further complaint, we were then given a room in a partner hotel.

After a second stay at this hotel, we really did not appreciate not being able to dine at the typical restaurant after several attempts. The buffet and the seaside restaurant offer average food. It's really a shame for a hotel at this price. We are very disappointed.

The open buffet meals are very bad. There was no red meat, only chicken and tuna. They said unlimited at the a la carte restaurants, but we only had one main course and entree. They take a deposit for beach towels and charge a 5 euro usage fee but never mention it. There is a communication problem with the employees. They constantly provide incomplete information. I will not consider staying here again.

A note reflecting the value for money. Extremely expensive for what it is. Positive point: the view (if sea view room). Negative points: Where to start... - elevator: (or 90cmx90cm dumbwaiter) that smells and stinks every day. Reading other reviews, the problem has been around for a long time, but apparently doesn't bother them. - room: floor, paint, worn furniture to the point where it is not acceptable. Zero privacy! No bathroom door, and an opaque glass door for the toilet. - Staff: except for one very pleasant receptionist (Saturday/Sunday afternoons)... all others are like prison doors, no greetings. First morning, problem with the room safe, by the time the problem was resolved, 1 minute late for breakfast (I said 1 minute), they did not accept us, at 18€/person/breakfast we made a point of not having a single one there. (By the way, there are 3 really great ones within 100m around). - the room service enters whenever she wants! Whether you put the "do not disturb" sign on the door handle or not, she enters! The only 2 mornings we wanted to linger in bed a little... she entered at 8am and makes you believe that you messed up! Considering the price of the hotel night... 5€ for pool towel rental, pool that opens from 10am to 7pm and half of the sunbeds are in kits.
