If you do not make the reservation with them and do it through Booking, they do not treat you in the same way and blame Booking for penalties for changes, which would not exist if contracted directly with them.
Comfortable, clean. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us useful information. We only stayed here for one night, so we did not use most of the amenities. The bus station is close to the hotel, from where we took a bus to the center.
