Here’s a shorter version that keeps the warmth and the important personal details: Without a doubt, one of our favourite hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything about our stay was wonderful, the beautiful surroundings, peaceful atmosphere, fantastic location and, above all, the exceptional service. The hotel feels like a tropical oasis in the middle of Siem Reap, surrounded by lush greenery and incredibly peaceful, yet only 5–10 minutes from the lively centre. The entire front desk team were amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful with recommendations, transport and anything else we needed. A particularly thoughtful touch was organising a takeaway picnic breakfast for our early sunrise visit to Angkor Wat, while carefully accommodating all of our family’s dietary requirements. The hotel also arranged Kim Sour as our driver for Banteay Srei and Phnom Bakheng. He was fantastic — kind, patient and knowledgeable, and made our day even more memorable. We also loved the spa, with a special thank you to Sopha and Yaty for their wonderful massages. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! A beautiful hotel made truly special by the wonderful people who work there. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to return.

All around a great hotel with a very special atmosphere. An oasis & jungle in the middle of the city. Great and very courteous service, nice restaurant and very delicious breakfast. You can walk to the city center in a few minutes. Nice small fitness room!

I was healed by the beautiful environment and delicious food... above all, by the gentle staff. The hotel also has an Apsara dance theater, and Pub Street and the Old Market are within walking distance. The spa in the hotel was also very pleasant. It was a wonderful hotel that I would like to visit again!
