Location; Residential area, family friendly with many accessible restaurants and supermarkets, there were a lot of Halal restaurants nearby. The tram station was only a few minutes walk away and the metro station was nearby as well. Cleanliness; The rooms were very clean and the sheets/duvet/covers were crisp clean and neat. There was a sink in the room as well, very convenient. The toilets were very clean and toilet paper was always available. The kitchen was neatly maintained, there's a fridge, many available stoves, cutlery, water boilers, they even had some free food. The eating hall was spacious and clean. Staff: All the staff I met were friendly and very helpful. Overall, I felt very safe staying in this hostel as a solo female traveler
