The check-in service was terrible. I waited half an hour in line and my room was not ready. There is no proper structure for breakfast. They prioritize people arriving from the cruise ships, and if you are a hotel guest you have to wait in line just to get a seat. And on top of that, they still charge a service fee. Very disappointing experience.
