Air conditioning at full blast in reception, but it's something widespread in New York that they should correct... you can't stay in enclosed places because of how powerful the air conditioning is.

The problem with the hotel is the noise in the room, we didn't have the air conditioning connected because we didn't need it, but the neighbors' air conditioning made so much noise that we had to buy earplugs. On the last night, we had to call reception because, while sleeping, the air in our room would turn on, we turned it off and it would turn on again after a while. In the end, they sent a technician who disconnected it, after dismantling the unit. Also, the cleanliness left something to be desired because there were hairs in the bathroom, and the sheet was too small for the mattress and as soon as you moved a little, it came off, we mentioned it but they gave us the same one.
